Kinesiology tape

Cotton kinesiological tape with white outlines of the Dukla logo. The flexibility of the tape reaches an exceptional 180%, which enables easier and safer use in stressed places, e.g. on the knee. It is waterproof. We recommend wearing it for 2-4 days even though the glue lasts much longer. If necessary, the tapping can be repeated. In each box, you will find useful pictorial instructions for tapping different parts of the body.
